One brand, six specialist service pages, built to scale.

The brief

What the client was dealing with.

01

The client wanted one site, not six — but each trade needed to convert like a specialist company's own website.

02

Thin service pages were explicitly off the table: every page needed hero, overview, service list, proof, photos, reviews, FAQs, service areas and multiple CTAs.

03

Six very different trades — pest control, HVAC, roofing and gutters, windows, flooring, handyman — had to feel distinct while staying inside one brand system.

04

The client had no hosting or platform experience, so setup had to be guided step by step from a Squarespace-registered domain.

05

New divisions (fencing, concrete, lawn care, plumbing, electrical) needed to be addable later without redesigning anything.

Our approach

How we worked through it.

01

Design direction before the build

Sample homepage and service page designs were shared up front, in the clean, premium style of large national home-service brands, so the look was approved before a single page was assembled.

02

One template, six identities

A single 8-section service page template — hero, overview, individual services, why choose JetCo, gallery, reviews, FAQs, service areas, closing CTA and quote form — restyled per trade with its own imagery and copy.

03

SEO-first URL architecture

Short, keyword-clean slugs (/pest, /hvac, /roofing, /windows, /flooring, /handyman), one H1 per page, structured headings and unique metadata so each division can rank on its own.

04

Built for the client to edit

A fully client-owned WordPress build with Elementor, so text and photos can be changed in-house without a developer, plus the SEO plugin stack configured and ready.

05

Hosting handled patiently

The client didn't know what WordPress or hosting was. We walked them through choosing a host, got the environment live, and kept the domain pointing for the launch step so the build could start immediately.

06

Room for the next division

Adding fencing, concrete, lawn care, plumbing or electrical later is a clone-and-edit job on the same template and the same design system.
