The brief

What the client was dealing with.

01

The homepage was receiving live traffic throughout, so every change had to ship via HubSpot draft previews and be published without downtime or form disruption.

02

The mobile experience buried the primary CTA below the fold, with oversized headline text and an unoptimised HubSpot form embed.

03

The embedded HubSpot form was collecting real leads — the design had to change while the form's fields, mapping and submissions stayed untouched.

04

Phase two required matching a detailed Figma design exactly, including spacing, cropping and a black-highlight emphasis treatment, across desktop and mobile.

05

Localised variants inherited a global header where custom CSS hid the last menu item, breaking the CTA and login links on the Polish, German and French pages.

Our approach

How we worked through it.

01

Optimise the mobile funnel first

Rather than a rebuild, phase one targeted the conversion path: CTA pulled above the fold, headline scale reduced, supporting microcopy kept visible, and the HubSpot form restyled for thumb-friendly input.

02

Ship safely on live traffic

All work happened in HubSpot draft mode with preview links for review, so the client validated each round against the live page before anything was published.

03

Design integrity, not interpretation

The phase-two landing page was built directly against the Figma file — spacing, padding, image crops and the black-highlight emphasis box measured from the design rather than approximated.

04

Interaction details that were in the design

A moving social-proof line, a swipeable left/right reviews carousel on mobile matching the desktop review set, cards lifted outside their section, and smooth-scroll anchor navigation for Pricing, How It Works and About.

05

Built to be cloned and translated

The page was structured so the client's team could duplicate and translate it themselves. When the multilingual global header broke, we removed the offending CSS rule so all four menu items, the CTA and the login link render on every locale.

06

Stay available after launch

Follow-up requests — inactive anchor links per language, a German CTA button sized to its text instead of stretching full width, and localised pricing visuals — were handled as small scoped fixes rather than a new project each time.
